Return Policy:
All Purchases of Satellite Meters and Dish Kits are Final but may be returned within 14 days for exchange at our descretion. Returns of items for refund must be in new condition with original packaging and instructions or manuals. Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% or $15.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater. Returns for defective merchandise will be accepted for 30 days from purchase date for replacement of repair. After that, they are warranty item and must be handled through the manufacturer's warranty. All returns must have prior approval and RA number issued and displayed on the outside if the package.

Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped same day if ordered by 2:00 pm. Orders that weigh under two pounds may be shipped by U.S.Priority mail even though the rates are stated for UPS, at our descretion. Except for priority shipping methods, we reserve the right to ship by the carrier of our choice.
